How do I change my personal information?

1. Log in.

2. Click ‘View profile’ link on the top right corner of the page.

3. Click the [Edit profile] button.

4. Make changes.

5. Click the [Save] button to save the changes.

How do I change what personal information can be seen by others?

1. Log in.

2. Click the ‘View profile’ link on the top right corner of the page.

3. Click ‘Privacy’ link.

4. Make changes.
Note that you can also hide your profile page altogether by removing the check mark from ‘Allow to show profile’ option box.

5. Click the [Save] button to save the changes.

How do I change my Subscriptions / Newsletter Preferences?

1. Log in.

2. Click the ‘View profile’ link on the top right corner of the page.

3. Click ‘Subscriptions’ link.

4. Make changes.

5. Click the [Publish] button to save the changes.

Why can‘t I go to the next step on a form? (When I click [Next] or [Cancel] it only refreshes the page & does not go to the next step.)

It might be related to your browser cache.

Try the following:

1. If you are logged in, log out.

2. Clear your browser cache

   a. Firefox [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete], select cache

   b. Internet Explorer [Ctrl]  + [F5] 

   c. Other browsers

3. Log back in.

Why can’t I see an image within the page text in Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer’s support for Unicode (the standard used to encode characters in all languages) can be variable. We recommend that visitors to VetTechLife use Firefox to view our pages. However, you can configure Internet Explorer to show the characters in text properly by following these steps:

1. Go to the Tools menu.
2. Choose Internet Options
3. Click the Fonts button near the bottom of the window,
4. In the Fonts window, select "Latin based" from the pull-down menu for "Language Script."
5. Select "Arial Unicode MS" from the pull-down menu for "Web page font."
